Merik recommends that building Owners and Investors consider a comprehensive inspection be made before their building changes ownership.
The purpose of the Merik Quality Assurance and Due Diligence Inspection is to estimate the amount of service life left in the existing roof, note and list any deficiencies that could become future issues and help advise Owners and Investors of issues that may be beneficial in real estate negotiations.
A list of deficiencies will be identified in a formal report. Photographs of typical deficiencies noted on the building will be include and captioned. If drawings are available, the location of each defect can be marked on the drawings, otherwise the locations will be shown on a satellite or photo of the building.
The Merik Quality Assurance and Due Diligence Inspection report can be instrumental in helping Owner’s and Investor’s make smart, prudent decisions based on knowledgeable reporting.
