The project will renovate Russell Hall, originally constructed in 1967, reconfiguring all living, bathroom and some programmatic spaces. This includes providing additional privacy for students in community bathrooms and removing built in furniture which are specific improvements requested by students. The construction budget for the 213,000 square foot structure is $44,500,000.
